SUMMARY:The Well Leader Summit 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Well Leader: GROUNDED FOR IMPACT \nJoin us for The Well Leader Personal Wellness Event hosted by Engage Wellness\, where you’ll dive into strategies to nurture a healthy life in and outside your business while excelling and thriving. \nNow in its second edition\, this landmark gathering is designed specifically for visionary Black leaders (and their network in the community) who recognize that personal well-being is the foundation of sustainable business success. \nIn today’s demanding business environment\, prioritizing executive health is critical. At Engage Wellness\, we firmly believe that true organizational impact is impossible when a leader is running on empty. \n“While localized data for Saskatchewan is still developing\, national metrics show that executive burnout affects up to 75% of leaders. For Black immigrant leaders\, this burden is compounded by the unique challenges of navigating a new economic landscape\, isolation\, and systemic barriers\, making sustainable well-being a strategic business necessity\, not a luxury.” \nThis year\, our discussions will center around four core pillars: \nThe Foundation: Well-being as a core business strategy. \nThe Internal Shift: The psychology and mindset of a well leader. \nThe External Action: Practical ways to operationalize vitality. \nThe Legacy: Building and sustaining long-term impact. \nWe are incredibly honoured to have Véronique Loewen\, Dr. Edward Agbai\, and Ali Abukar as our guest speakers this year. \nExpect opportunities to network\, make new connections and meet new friends. \nDate: Tuesday\, August 18th\, 2026 \nTime: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Doors open at 5:30 pm \nLocation: THE VENUE at McLean Block 265 3rd Avenue South
